541 Build is seeking dependable individuals to assist with routine property maintenance, rental turnovers, landscaping, cleaning, and general labor.
We are an established local real estate company managing residential properties throughout the Corvallis area.
This is an entry-level position. Previous experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work.
Typical Responsibilities
* Preparing rental homes for new tenants
* Interior and exterior cleaning
* Yard maintenance, mowing, trimming, and weeding
* Leaf removal and landscape cleanup
* Moving materials, supplies, and equipment
* Removing trash and debris
* Cleaning garages, patios, and common areas
* Basic property upkeep and preventative maintenance
* Assisting with routine property inspections
* Other general property maintenance and labor tasks
*Basic framing
*Basic painting
Qualifications
* Dependable and punctual
* Honest, respectful, and professional
* Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
* Comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Reliable transportation between assigned work locations
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently when appropriate
No professional construction experience or contractor’s license required.
Compensation & Opportunities
* $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications
