The Project Manager provides executive-level oversight of company operations, regulatory compliance, safety leadership, administrative controls, and personnel management. This position is responsible for coordinating projects from initial customer contact through completion, with a strong focus on scheduling, file and contract review, dispatch, quality verification, customer communication, and field support.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates professionally, manages competing priorities, and is comfortable moving between office and field responsibilities. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Reconcile logging and road construction contracts and related documentation to ensure financial accuracy, and contractual compliance.
-Oversee weekly customer invoicing processes to ensure billing accuracy and revenue integrity.
-Schedule T-sheets, dispatch trucks and equipment.
-Perform additional duties as assigned to support company operations.
Human Resource Management:
-Manage employees' separations and terminations in accordance with the company policy and applicable law.
-Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to support project completion.
Production Management:
-Manage ODOT permit applications and ensure regulatory compliance
- Able to understand and follow DOT regulations.
-Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
-Submit required ODF notifications in accordance with forestry regulations.
-Maintain professional communication, organization, and accountability across all assigned projects.
Qualifications
· · -One or more years of related project management, road construction, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-Ability to review project files, contracts, schedules, and related documentation accurately.
