Poultry Butchering - $12 (Corvallis)

I'm opening my calendar for poultry butchering. 6 bird minimum for chickens and ducks, 2 for turkeys
*Please note I can only do heritage turkey. Broad breasted meat turkeys are too heavy for me to handle with my equipment*
Chickens $12/ea returned whole
Ducks $18/ea returned whole
Turkeys $27/ea returned whole
I don't clean gizzards but I'll save them for you for free. Livers, hearts, and necks can be bagged separately or put back in the chicken.
Gas surcharge is $.75/mile round trip from Lewisburg.
Weekend availability only.
You must have water and electricity hookups and a flat area for me to set up, AND birds must all be caught and penned prior to me showing up. There is now a $2 surcharge for every bird I have to chase to catch.
