Cummins 8.3 turbo diesel, Allison six speed, 75,490 miles. No slide outs, so there is no slide mechanism or seal waiting to fail, and at 34 feet she gets into state park sites with ease.
We bought her in April 2019 and went through her right away. New roof that year, after we found a subpar patch job under the one we were told was new. Belts, water pump, tensioner, thermostat and fresh coolant. New alternator. Air pump, regulator and air dryer, plus the small air leaks. New batteries. All glass resealed and the door glass replaced. Old carpet out and a new floating floor in. Factory bed swapped for a true queen Sealy memory foam mattress.
There is a telescoping cell antenna with a signal booster installed in the main cabin, which earns its keep where service thins out.
Two air conditioners with heat pumps built in, one over the bedroom and one up front, and both of them work.
The bath is split three ways. The toilet has its own room with its own window, the vanity sits outside it, and the shower is a separate enclosure with a skylight. Two oak pocket doors close the whole rear off from the living area, so the bath and bedroom become a private suite. Sleeps four. 100 gallons fresh, 50 gray, 50 black. Norcold four door refrigerator. Leveling jacks. Never smoked in.
What a buyer should know. The generator does not run. (things point to the carburetor)The tires hold air, show good tread, no cracks, the date codes have expired. The roof carries one small patch, and you are welcome to put a ladder up and look it over. The sofa jack knives for a bed.
She comes with a coach cover, sun and privacy curtains, the original manuals, a tow bar, every hose and cord and adapter sorted into tubs, and a brand new 100 watt solar system still in the box. Fully equipped to take a trip: Sheets (2 sets), comforter, towels (3 sets), dishes and for serving too, cooking pans, silverware and cooking utensils.
