There was a plan to continue making good cider for consumption and sale. Tgere were winning combinations of fruit. The point of this collection was initially, to create a complex combination of flavors. Old fashioned traditional cider was the theme. Dry finish. But as we journey along the priority changed to growing fruit that is unique with the added benefit of being g loaded with antioxidants. All creatures on this planet can use those for sure.

130 varieties of strong stock, different sizes of rootstocks. Perfect setup for the reluctant backyard gardener/orchardist.

Number 2 is the smallest size I can impart. Theres much larger trees at the Dallas nursery.I can access information about these unique trees with your specific characteristics in mind. I might have most types of fruit that do well around here. No persimmon no lemon. Heritage orchard stuff with newly released varieties from the germplasm repository.
