We’re looking for a third renter for a 3 bedroom house 5 min from campus. The house is renovated with modern appliances and a 2 car garage, and is at 455 SE Park Ave. in South Corvallis near jobs and essentials.

The house is owned by my family, and we are renting from them. We are looking for another student who enjoys quiet, comfort, and (relative) cleanliness; we’re both sophomore STEM majors and will probably spend a lot of time studying. Bedroom pictures shown are of the room for rent.

That being said, we tend to like games (video and otherwise), cars, cooking, going to the gym, 90s grunge, anime, and books. If any of those sound good, lmk.
