This controller is fully potted from the factory, completely waterproof. It comes with the fully rainproof display and new never used pedal sensor, just don't submerge them. Also included is a second new pedal sensor and a throttle just because I don't need it consider it a bonus. The reason I'm not using this controller is because the max speed is only 15mph. Also it doesn't have support for a throttle so I got myself a new one but this is the most compact ebike controller I've ever seen. For $20 this is a good deal nonetheless.
