1991 Dutchman fifth wheel for sale. Wife has a terminal illness so won't be using this any longer. Everything works except the fridge only works on electric. Needs new gas valve so it won't work on propane. I ran it with the battery and solar panel when out and remote. Installed new water pump and only used it once. Has an extra propane catalytic heater that is pictured in description. I will include the fifth wheel hitch with the deal. All specs are in the pictures. There are two small damaged areas in the front from over turning and headache rack hit, shown in pictures. Would make a great tiny house also. Thanks for looking. Best offer , trade for small bumper pull also
