We specialize in decks, porches, pergolas, outdoor structures, framing, stairs, railings, and residential carpentry.
Pay:
$27–35/hour depending on experience
Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
Weekly payroll / direct deposit
Full-time, year-round work
We are looking for someone who can work independently and has strong residential carpentry experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Deck framing
• Pressure-treated and composite decking installation
• Stair and stringer construction
• Railing installation
• Residential framing
• Pergolas, porches, and outdoor structures
• Basic layout and measurements
• Using power tools and standard carpentry equipment
• Working with a crew and maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of carpentry or framing experience preferred
• Must be able to independently perform common carpentry tasks
• Reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Ability to communicate professionally with the crew and homeowners
• Driver’s license preferred
This is a permanent W-2 employee position, not subcontractor or 1099 work.
Most of our projects are located in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, and the greater Lake Norman / Charlotte area.
