There is a lockable storage room included in the basement which is dry and is 21’ x 11’. Washer/Dryer hookups are also in basement. Present washer and dryer work well but are not guaranteed. There is one spot for off-street parking. We rent to people who are nice and respectful of their neighbors and of the space. The price is $1,200/month which includes water. Renter pays for other utilities. There is a private 15’x10’ cement porch facing the yard and the neighbor leasing this space is welcome to enjoy the yard for recreation. Responsive owners.
