Enjoy every season: hiking, fishing, boating, rafting, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, farmers markets, concerts and incredible stargazing. You’ll be close to the entire Flathead Valley while coming home to alpenglow, mountain sunsets, Northern Lights and the nostalgic sound of the train through the canyon. A community fire pit is available for neighbors to enjoy.
Distances: 4.1 mi Lake Five, 5.6 mi Glacier National Park, 11 mi Columbia Falls, 18 mi Glacier Park International Airport, 20 mi Whitefish, 27 mi Kalispell, 33 mi Bigfork and 35 mi Whitefish Mountain Resort.

Water and septic included. Electricity is available; tenants are asked to use propane as much as reasonably possible for heating and other propane-capable RV systems. Internet on property. Garbage is not included; a county disposal site is minutes away.
Year-round Montana rental. AWD strongly recommended, but not necessary. County roads are maintained to our driveway and we maintain property access; tenants maintain their RV steps/walkway and parking area.
Pets considered case by case. Vehicles, recreational toys and sheds may be considered depending on space and lease term. Security cameras/alarms are in place.
