They are my guest room beds and are in like new condition. Rarely used. The two single/Twin beds can be put side by side to form a king size bed. One can also be put on top of the other to forma a bunker bed. They come with unused side rails, stairs and hardware. 40 each with mattress. Prefer to be sold together for both beds and mattresses as a set for 70, OBO. The matresses are sold together with the beds.

The frames can be quickly disassembled and easy to move.
