There are two bad options people think they have: hand a lawyer a
large retainer up front, or download a form packet and hope.
There is a third one.
I DO THE PAPERWORK. YOU GO TO COURT.
I draft your documents for your actual facts, build your case
strategy, and coach you on what to expect and what to say. You
appear on your own and keep the cost down.
Same attorney work product as my full-representation clients.
Your name goes on the signature line instead of mine.
HOW THE MONEY WORKS
$500 gets you started: full case review, court record and
background research on both parties, a written assessment, and a
strategy call with me.
Then you get a written Plan of Action with a flat fee for the work
you actually need — narrowly scoped, so a single document package
can be its own task. Each task is paid before that work begins, and
you decide at every step whether to go further.
Self-representation assistance is offered where I agree it fits
your case — some matters genuinely need full representation, and I
will tell you honestly which kind yours is.
WHAT PEOPLE USE THIS FOR
- Petitions, answers, and counter-petitions
- Final decrees and custody orders
- Responding to discovery you have been served with
- Getting ready for a hearing you already have set
- Figuring out whether you even have a case worth filing
If your situation turns out to need full representation, tell me
and we can talk about it. That is my call to accept, but the door
is open.
