Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Team Leader for a commercial outdoor cleaning project in Coppell, TX, near Lewisville.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, previous experience leading or coordinating workers, and the ability to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Pay: $40/hour
Location: Coppell, TX (near Lewisville)
Schedule: To be confirmed
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a small outdoor cleaning crew
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed properly and efficiently
- Communicate regularly with management regarding progress and any issues
- Assist with blowing debris, collecting trash, sweeping, and general outdoor cleanup
- Ensure workers follow instructions and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Must own and bring a working blower
- Must have a trash picker
- Must bring a safety vest
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance
- Must be reliable, organized, and punctual
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Safety boots or sturdy work shoes recommended
