MC Holiday Lighting is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcomingChristmas season. Several positions are available, including installation crew members, crew leaders, and warehouse personnel.We install professional holiday lighting and decorations for residential, commercial, and municipal properties throughout the area. This is a seasonal, hands-on outdoor position with the opportunity for significant hours during our busy season.
Position Details
Employment: Seasonal
Season: September through the end of March
Schedule: Work is available 7 days a week throughout the season, with significant hours available during
peak periods. Overnight work may also be available or required for certain projects.
Experience is not required - we will train the right candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Install professional Christmas lights, decorations, wreaths, garland, and other holiday displays
Work safely from ladders and, when properly trained/assigned, aerial lifts
Install lighting on rooflines, trees, buildings, landscaping, and other structures
Run extension cords, timers, controllers, and related electrical components
Troubleshoot and repair holiday lighting displays
Load and unload trucks and organize materials for daily installations
Carefully handle customer and company-owned decorations and equipment
Assist with service calls throughout the Christmas season
Remove holiday lighting and decorations during takedown season
Maintain a clean and organized job site, truck, and work area
Work as part of a crew and follow instructions from crew leaders and managementWhat We're Looking For

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Able to perform physical work throughout the day
Able to lift and carry equipment, ladders, decorations, and materials
Willing to work longer hours during our busiest weeks
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Attention to detail - our finished installations must look professional
Respectful when working at customers' homes and businesses
Previous Christmas-light installation, landscaping, construction, roofing, electrical, tree work, or other outdoor trade experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide training for the right candidates. Installation crew and crew leader candidates must be comfortable with heights and working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Positions Available
Installation Crew Members - Install, service, and remove professional holiday lighting and decorations.
No previous Christmas-light experience is required; training is provided.
Crew Leaders - Lead installation crews, coordinate daily jobs, maintain quality and safety standards, and communicate with management and customers.
Warehouse Personnel - Prepare, organize, test, load, unload, and maintain holiday lighting, decorations, equipment, and materials for installation crews.
Additional Opportunities
Applicants with a valid drivers license and clean driving record may have opportunities for additional responsibilities.
Experience operating bucket trucks, aerial lifts, boom lifts, or similar equipment is also a plus.
