We bought it almost three years ago, and used it three times, It's in great shape and has low milage. I had all new brakes and Calipers replaced and Tire all six. The Generator is a Onan and is very quiet. Runs even the air conditioner. The water holding tank has a working pump. The Stove works but the oven has never been used by us. The hot Water tank works good. The heater also works great. All lights work. Shower works good. The bed is a queen size, in the rear. Bathroom Toilet was put in new, Just after I got it. The Fringe works on electric and propane. I install back up Cameras, two one over each rear tail lights. I wired so they are on when you start up the coach. I like to see the traffic when I driving so I can tell when I can make a lane chance. We will Negotiate price a little. Randy
