We are seeking an individual to work in our kitchen this position will assist with preparing prep and restaurant production menu items as well as cleaning. We are looking for someone who can cook the menu items for a couple of hours for the customers without the main chef there. We prepare pasta salads, dressings, and light baked goods. This position should have a working knowledge of kitchen procedures, knife skills, kitchen sanitation, food rotation, and the ability to follow recipes.
We are a small production facility that produces a large number of food items and a variety. Great opportunity for someone who would like to further their culinary skills, we make our menu items from scratch. We produce homemade soups, stocks, and sauces.
