Listing is for a large room in a nice house, 2 miles from downtown Conway. It’s currently me (Stephanie/f, 32) and my boyfriend (Alex/m, 33) who live in the master bedroom, and we have 4 pets (2 cats and 2 dogs). Unfortunately, cannot have anymore pets because of our pets. There is another room with our roommate (Dakota/m, in his 30s), and a shared bathroom. When coming in and out of the house, we use the kitchen-garage door. Plenty of parking. There is currently furniture in the room that can be utilized while living here or can be moved out to make space for your own. Cannabis-friendly and smoking inside, but no tobacco inside. Relatively quiet. We play loud music sometimes and have people over every once and awhile. Rent is $800 a month and includes everything: water, electric, wifi, trash, central heating, and air. There is a $200 security deposit: if the move-in date is within the last 2 weeks of the month, $1,500 is due on that day. Price covers the remaining days of the current month and next month's rent. Rent is due on the 1st. A late fee of $ 50 will be charged after the 10th at midnight.
