What I bring: framing to finish — foundations, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, siding, decks, windows, and doors. I also do rental turnovers, property preservation, rehabs, and emergency repairs. I have my own tools, reliable transportation, valid license, and insurance.
What I'm looking for: a place that needs work, where I trade labor for a break on rent or deposit. I'm also open to ongoing arrangements — routine maintenance and repairs, or serving as on-site caretaker / helping with property management in exchange for reduced rent.
