Renovation Contractor Available for Subcontract / Overflow Work – Triangle Area
REM Renovations & Repairs LLC is looking to connect with general contractors, remodelers, property managers, investors, and other trades who occasionally have more work than they can handle.
If you have smaller projects, punch-list work, repairs, or portions of larger remodels that you normally turn down or need help completing, I’d be interested in discussing subcontract or overflow opportunities.
Work I can assist with includes:
• Bathroom & kitchen renovation work
• Tile installation & shower systems
• LVP & flooring installation
• Drywall installation, repair & finishing
• Interior/exterior painting
• Trim, baseboards, doors & finish carpentry
• Deck & fence repairs
• Siding and exterior repairs
• Subfloor and framing repairs
• Insulation & moisture-barrier work
• General punch-list and property repair work
• Demolition, prep and renovation support
I operate REM Renovations & Repairs LLC and have my own tools and transportation. I’m comfortable working independently or alongside an existing crew and understand the importance of protecting the primary contractor’s relationship with their customer.
I’m primarily looking for ongoing relationships with contractors who need a dependable person to call when their schedule gets overloaded, a project is too small for their normal crew, or they need additional help getting a job across the finish line.
Serving Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill and surrounding Triangle areas.
