We’re looking for someone to join our small construction crew at Flat Fix in Berlin.
We mainly do high-end apartment renovations — floors, walls, windows, doors and general renovation work. A big part of the work is plastering, so you should have solid experience with Goldband/Rotband, float plaster and fine plaster.
Its a small team and we work hard with fine attention to detail. Quality matters most. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works cleanly and reliably, and doesn’t need to be told every five minutes what to do.

Experience with plastering
General construction/renovation experience
Good attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking
English is required
German is definitely a plus
You need to be able to write an invoice at the start
We normally start around 7:30–8:00 and finish around 3ish, depending on the job. 5 days a week. Sometimes we finish at 2 on fridays.
For the first 2-week trial period, I can pay €16/hour. If everything works well, the rate can go up afterwards depending how you work.
