Pay
1 Bedroom: $65
2 Bedroom: $75
3 Bedroom: $85
Additional compensation may be provided for units requiring excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover.Opportunity for additional work and compensation when new items in the unit need to be purchased. You’ll be provided with a company pre-paid debit card to make these purchases.
What You'll Be Doing
Our apartment units are short-term furnished rentals with stays ranging from 2 nights to 30–90+ days. Your team will be responsible for preparing each apartment so it's completely guest-ready.
Responsibilities include:
Perform detailed top-to-bottom cleaning of furnished apartment units
Stage each apartment so it is move-in ready for the next guest
Restock and organize the unit as needed
Inspect for damages, maintenance issues, and missing keys or access devices
Report any issues promptly to the local Landing manager
Ensure every property meets our cleanliness and presentation standards
What We're Looking For
Professional cleaning company (locally owned and managed)
Small to medium-sized team capable of handling multiple jobs per day
Experience with Airbnb, vacation rental, hospitality, or turnover cleaning
Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work
Problem solvers who can handle unexpected situations independently
Dependable, hardworking, and able to meet tight turnaround deadlines
Scheduling Expectations
Many turnovers occur on the same day, with guests checking out at 11:00 AM and new guests checking in at 3:00 PM. There may be multiple cleanings scheduled in a single day, so efficiency, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
