Local real estate company is looking for a dependable person with their own vehicle to place yard signs in and around mobile home communities across Montgomery County (Conroe, Willis, Magnolia, Splendora, New Caney, Porter, Montgomery, and surrounding areas).
Pay: $20/hour plus gas reimbursed at $0.25/mile, tracked by route. Paid weekly.
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours. Most work happens early mornings and weekends. Great side gig or supplemental income.
What you'll do:
Pick up signs and a route list (add metal stakes to signs)
Drive the route and place signs at approved locations
Take a quick photo of each sign for our records
Pick up old or damaged signs when needed
What you need:
Reliable vehicle with room for 20–50 signs
Valid driver's license and insurance
Smartphone for photos and route tracking
Comfortable with light lifting and being outdoors
Dependable and good at following directions. We need to trust that the signs actually go out.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Montgomery County back roads and surrounding areas
Past delivery, rideshare, or route work
