Our visits include one automatic oil change with Mobil-1 or Pennzoil platinum 5W-20 for generac and 5W-30 for Kohler and Cummins.
Change spark plugs as per manufacturer's recommendations (every 100 or 200 hours according the generator manufacturers recommendations)
Amsoil is offered at an additional charge on request.
We inspect for oil and or water leaks,
We do a battery load test to ensure the battery is in good operation condition and document.
Clean battery terminals regardless of continuity, and install the felt corrosion washers on the battery.
Clean out dirt and dust from the generator and document any corrosion.
We use OEM Filters both Air and Oil
We will do a second oil change if the hours put on the generator between the first and second visit exceeds the recommended oil change interval as stated by the generator manufacturer.
We also service the transfer switch , check for water penetration, clean out bugs, check for burned contacts and check for resistance on the contacts, and check full automatic operation.
We check for Gas leaks and with permission , do a complete power failure test to ensure automatic operation as designed.
