Reluctantly selling my 2000 Excursion. I have five kids and needed something bigger, so I bought a 15-passenger van. Otherwise, I’d be keeping it.
Second owner, always been in Montgomery County, TX. Completely stock/unmodified early 7.3L with forged internals. I have service records going all the way back to when it was purchased from the dealership.
Lots of recent maintenance, including:
* Water pump & thermostat
* 4 injectors
* New suspension and front-end work/alignment
* New steering box
* New tires
* New windshield
* Two new batteries last year
* Fuel tank serviced, rubber footing replaced & fuel lines cleaned
* Transmission service, new pan & filter
* Recent oil change
* A/C was replaced by the previous owner and works front and rear
* Windows have 95% heat-rejection tint
Body is very clean with no body rust, just some surface rust on the roof.
I also have new leather replacement covers for both front seats, along with the tools to install them. They go with the truck.
It’s been primarily used as a family vehicle and has been well maintained. Not perfect—it’s a 26-year-old vehicle—but it has had a lot of the major maintenance taken care of and has a great service history.
