I have two drones I have been unable to get going ... one is a SJRC F11 Pro and the other is a JSRC S9 drone(orange)

The F11 won't bind with the remote and is not seen on the wifi list. The S9 remote will not charge ... change the internal battery ... no go. The S9 has spare batteries. Instruction books included.
