I have a 1 acre lot in Show Low Pines. It is a nice, flat lot, and there is electric to the road. Tbh, I bought it when I was homeless, and my wildest dream was a patch of dirt where I could park safely without getting the dreaded knock. I needed a home base.
However, as fate would have it, I met someone and bought property elsewhere that we are improving. I don't want this lot. I do, however, need several shade structures built on my property here. What I need is basically the following:
- Someone to dig multiple post holes (~ 20 total, and deep through coliche, you'd need a skid steer or something like that)
- Enough to cover the materials necessary, mainly ibeams (which my partner has some already and has a source where he can get them cheap) and 80% sunshade cover in the sizes we need. Basically, we're adding shade over two RV parking sites and several growing sites, as well as a freestanding shade cover over our front and back porches so our potted plants stop dying in the heat.
It could be a real dirt cheap bargain for this patch of dirt if you have the know-how and equipment to dig some holes and can come up with a little bit of cash. I paid ~12k for this parcel, but I don't need it. I do, however, need shade, and the sooner I can get said shade the better, so I don't mind taking a fat loss. If you're young, healthy, able to do the work, I'd gladly trade you this parcel I have out in Showlow for the holes and materials I need here in Cornville. Call or text show contact info
