Fully furnished 5 bdrm. house in a quiet Comox neighbourhood, by Highland school. Both our average-sized bdrm. ($795/mo.) and the larger room ($850/mo.) will be ready on Oct.1st.

We welcome a student or employed person, male or female, age approx. 19-40, who'd like to live in a large safe clean quiet well-appointed home.
2 ladies and 1 young man live here now.

Bedrooms are fully- furnished; just bring your own bedding. Good mattresses, and ample closets/storage space. House is fully furnished.

We're looking for a quiet, neat and tidy, NON-SMOKING, single adult, who has a clean background, good social skills, with no substance use issues or criminal record.

ALL utilities (BC Hydro, water-sewer, garbage/recycle pickup) TV, internet, wifi, parking, and extra storage space, are $100/month, flat rate, all year-round (even in our 'winter'). All outside work is done by our gardener.

10 kitchen appliances. 3 bathrooms. Big sunny front and back decks, with BBQ.
Our laundry machines do Not have coin slots.

Sorry, no pets or smokers.
