You will find the home, clean, current and comfortable with all the amenities. This bright open home has expansive views across fields toward the ocean. Just down the street you'll find beautiful Little River Bay with beach walking as far as the eye can see.
Plenty of off street parking in front of pool/garage/house.
Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 40 minute car from home. A hot tub awaits after a busy day. Walk to Powell River Ferry for that day excursion to the Sunshine Coast. Kin Beach Provincial Park is around the corner and has covered picnic area, ice cream sales and beautiful views of the Sea.
