A traditional style Ashford Spinning Wheel made in New Zealand from silver beech hardwood. The ball bearings and large wheel combined with the pivoted ‘heel-toe’ treadle provide smooth and effortless treadling with a steady speed.

The wheel has a separate drive band and bobbin brake adjustment making it is easy to understand and simple to operate, and the 4 speed flyer allows for different types of yarn to be spun while the maiden bar can be adjusted to aligned the whorl for perfect spinning.
