Bella Rose has served us faithfully for the last 20yrs, and in that time has taken us safely dozens of times to Desolation Sound, the Broughtons, up the north coast and around the island once.
Over that time almost every system has been either replaced or upgraded. Specifically;
standing riggging replaced
new yanmar 2ym15 installed
refrigeration installed in icebox
propane stove replaced
autopilot installed
windlass installed
espar diesel furnace replaced
hot water tank replaced
holding tank replaced
custom dingy davits installed
100w solar panel installed
battery monitor installed
cruising spinnaker, brand new still
mainsail replaced
The good - everything works and in good condition and is ready for new owners to untie and go on an adventure.
The bad - we are less than perfect on general cosmetics and could benefit from a new energy. Wiring is a bit of a rats nest - everything works, just doesn't look pretty. Bottom paint needs redone.
Why so cheap? To be honest, we've moved on to a new boat, and can't have 2 :-)
Exterior pics show the winter grime has set in, so could do with a good scrubbing
To be clear, this is NOT a project boat, as such price is low but firm.
