I am a 40+ sales executive looking for a small furnished unit to rent as I reside and own my own home on the Sunshine Coast and taking the ferry every day is just too time consuming. Will need utilities and wifi included as well.
My current rental place has been sold so I have some time to find the right match for my needs and hopefully yours too.
I am only in the unit Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday evenings, then go home on Thursdays. (The odd occasion I'd be there on an off day if I have to fly out early from YVR)
Ideally it has a hot plate to cook meals, its own bathroom (I have my own air fryer for an oven), and a small bedroom but not absolutely necessary if the layout is good.
Currently I am in Delbrook, so I would like to stay in the same neighbourhood if possible as I belong to the community centre and have some friends here too.
(I'd consider shared but only if it is a master bedroom with its own bathroom.)
