Robco Services is a growing company specializing in the sales, installation, and maintenance of automotive service equipment. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on technician to perform field service, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on automotive service equipment (lifts, alignment machines, tire changers, wheel balancers, air compressors, etc.) at customer locations throughout the NY Tri-State area.
Territory:
New York City
Long Island
Parts of Connecticut
Parts of New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of automotive service equipment
Install new equipment at customer locations
Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Complete detailed service reports and paperwork
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Travel daily within the tri-state territory
Requirements:
Previous experience servicing or installing automotive shop equipment (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical knowledge
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various shop environments
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Willingness to travel within the tri-state area daily
