I'm coming down in early January in my sweet truck camper. Can't justify spending over $5000/mo to park at Sunshine Key RV Park, or BPKFL!!! Looking to rent a room with parking or rent a lot for the winter. I'll pay $1500 (possibly more depending on the situation) per month. All I do is take my kayak out and fish all day. Read in the evening. I'm a 62 year old retired teacher/principal. No drugs ever. No pets. I know there are a TON of those double lots on BPK where I could put my truck camper. Technically not allowed but if we say I'm renting a room in the house, how will the zoning narcs know?? Easy money for a landlord. Could be an annual thing too! Looking for 3 months starting early January. Will not pay ANYTHING until I get down there and verify the situation. Scammers don't even try to ask for money site unseen!!
