You are invited to attend the WSU Composting Offal Workshop in Colville, WA. This hands-on workshop is for meat and poultry farmers, processors, or folks who want to learn about composting as a waste strategy to manage offal and other meat processing waste, including producers managing waste from on-farm slaughter.
The workshop will take place Monday October 12, 2026, beginning at 8:30 am at the WSU Stevens County Extension Office. Space is limited, so pre-registration is required. You can register at this link. There is no cost and lunch will be included.
