We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated bartender to join our team for day shifts with management responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the bar business, can lead by example, and takes pride in providing great service while keeping the operation running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced bartender with strong knowledge of cocktails, beer & wine
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Friendly, professional, and great with guests
• Able to lead a team and hold staff accountable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling opening/closing procedures and daily operations
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and proper bar standards
• Able to monitor inventory, cash handling, and side work
• Must be able to stay calm and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Manage the daytime bar shift and staff
• Ensure excellent guest service
• Oversee bartenders and support staff
• Handle opening duties and daily bar operations
• Monitor cleanliness, stocking, prep, and organization
• Assist with inventory and cash management
• Address guest and employee concerns professionally
• Ensure staff are following company policies and expectations
• Set the tone for a positive, productive shift

Daytime availability is required.
💰 $18-20 plus tips. Tips to get paid out every shift!
