We currently have a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, duplex available for rent for $850 per month.
This unit comes with a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer and dryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator and backs up to the wood in a quite culdesac. We own all the properties on this culdesac and provide lawn service and snow removal. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a large closet on the second floor for extra storage.

We are private landlords and are currently accepting applications via email to apply. We do NOT accept smokers or tenants with pets. We do NOT accept section 8.
