We are selling our 19 year old mare Addy (14.5 HH) due to a retirement move. She has been part of our family for 3 years, gets along well with dogs, cats, sheep and cattle and is great with kids.

* Personality: Gentle, loving and wants to be with the family. If I'm not going to ride, I often take her on our walks with the dogs or let her free on the property to graze.
* Riding: Moves at a good pace and isn't spooky around wildlife. Great on property trails and has a background in youth showmanship (ideal for 4-H).
* Maintenance: Teeth floated in 2025. Trimmed every 8 weeks (front shoes for gravel comfort). Dewormer every Spring and Fall.
* Health: She will often cough 4-6 times and sneeze/blow 4-6 at the start of a ride, usually at the first point of effort (trot, going uphill etc.). When I had the vet out, we could not reproduce the coughing so I do not have any more information. She has done this on and off since I bought her.
* Includes: Saddle, hackamore and halter.
* Notes: I have not had her in a trailer her since I bought her. When I bought her she loaded up with a few lunges.
