Next Step Services is a locally owned home services company specializing in painting, drywall, and handyman work. We’re looking for a motivated, reliable canvasser to help generate residential leads in Colorado Springs.
This is not hard sales — your role is to knock doors, talk to homeowners, and set appointments. Our team closes the jobs. You get paid for every lead that turns into work.
Pay & Schedule:
Commission plus percentage of each completed job
Typical earnings: $500-$1500 per week
Part-time: ~25 hours per week
Weekly or bi-weekly payouts
Responsibilities:
Canvass residential neighborhoods
Speak with homeowners and offer free estimates
Schedule appointments for our estimator
Track leads simply (we’ll show you how)
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle & smartphone
Comfortable talking to people
Self-motivated and punctual
Sales or canvassing experience a plus (not required)
