Established, locally owned moving company in Colorado Springs is looking for experienced professional movers who can drive and/or lead a moving crew. (NO CDL NEEDED!)
We are specifically looking for people with real moving experience who know how to properly protect furniture, load a truck efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and keep a crew productive throughout the day.
What we’re looking for:
• Professional moving experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading a moving crew
• Comfortable driving 16’–26’ box trucks
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong furniture handling, padding, wrapping and loading skills
• Able to safely lift 100+ lbs with a team
• Dependable transportation and working cell phone
• Clean, hygienic and professional appearance
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable — showing up on time is extremely important
• Drug and alcohol free while working
• Able to pass a background check
Pay:
Starting around $22–$25 per hour depending on experience and ability, plus customer tips. Higher range of compensation is available for experienced crew leaders who can reliably run jobs and drive our trucks.
This is not just a driving position. You will be working alongside the crew, moving furniture, loading/unloading trucks and helping complete residential and commercial moves.
We have steady work and are looking for people interested in becoming part of our regular crew, not just picking up a one-day labor gig. Full time and part time offered.
