Three Amigos Plumbing is looking for a reliable, motivated dispatcher with strong communication and multitasking skills. This person will help keep our daily schedule organized while providing excellent service to customers and supporting our plumbing technicians in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to jobs.
- Communicate job details and schedule changes to technicians.
- Keep customers informed about appointments and arrival updates.
- Maintain accurate, organized customer and job records.
- Build positive relationships with customers and work closely with the team.
- Being on call every other week
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy office.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Plumbing knowledge and bilingual ability are a plus.
