This is a Spa Rotating Display Rack manufactured by Toter Industries around 2006. This unit has been exposed to weather for a couple years and the electrical mechanism that makes it rotate will need repair, replacement or elimination. I don't know if parts are missing or even how the rotating unit works. This rack is being sold "AS IS" and it is presently located in Deptford NJ.
Recently I realized that this Display Rack could be used for numerous applications where the ability to constantly adjust the height, angle and position of the item being fabricated would be beneficial. However, I don't know if height and angle adjustments can be performed without a functioning electric motor. I'm sure the height and angle can be adjusted for each individual job before heavy weight is added to the platform. If a semi-permanent manually adjusted height and angle are all that you need then the electric motor can be eliminated because the platform can be rotated by hand. I've actually seen frame off auto restorations performed on similar but heavier duty rotating platforms.
