College Students seeking one-month Winter Sublet (Mid-Dec to Mid-Jan) (Washington DC)

Hello! We are a group of 3-4 responsible undergraduate students looking to sublet a furnished apartment in the DC area for the 4-week winter break (approx. Dec 12 - Jan 10).
Since our campus dorms close entirely, we are hoping to help another student or local tenant cover their rent while they travel for the holidays. We don't need anything fancy, just a clean, furnished 1 or 2-bedroom space (we are happy to share rooms).
We are happy to provide references, university IDs, and sign a formal short-term sublet agreement. If you have a space sitting empty this winter, please reach out!
