We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, property manager for Villas of Rock Prairie --- a 128-unit senior apartment community in College Station, Texas. A minimum of 2-years experience as a property manager is required.
This position offers an excellent compensation package for the right candidate, including leasing bonuses (above base salary), health insurance and paid time-off. This senior apartment community is stabilized (averaging 96%+ occupancy) year-round and collected.
