This particular guitar features a unique, factory-original heel-less bolt-on neck. It has a very slim, comfortable profile that plays and feels remarkably like a fast electric guitar neck.
IMPORTANT STRUCTURAL NOTE: Many 1970s Epiphones suffer from a cracked or caving internal neck block. The neck block on this guitar has been fully inspected and is completely solid, uncracked, and perfectly stable. The neck angle is excellent, the action is good, and it plays smoothly up and down the neck.

• Era: 1970s Made in Japan (Matsumoku)
• Top Wood: Select Spruce top with an adjustable bridge saddle.
• Back & Sides: Maple.
• Neck: Slim, fast electric-style profile with a fully functional adjustable truss rod.
Condition:
• Structure: Excellent. No separation at the neck pocket or body block. The top is stable and the bridge is completely flat.
• Cosmetics: Very good vintage condition. Honest, minor surface playing wear and superficial marks from over 40+ years of use, but zero structural issues.
