I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a washer/dryer in unit and dishwasher. I'm looking for a roommate to split rent. I'm a professional, active, single, and have a cat. You have your own room and private bath. Pets okay but additional deposit required.
I'm currently month to month but the property management company wants me to resign the lease. We can discuss further once we get there
