Family needs a cleaner who will work on a small home in Merritt Island that is extremely dirty. This is similar to a hoarder situation, and there are many roaches. Unfortunately the crime scene cleaning companies that usually work with such messes won't clean a home that has roaches and the pest control services can't get into the areas they need to due to all the mess. Must be discrete, punctual, and understand what you're walking into. This job will take at least 12 hours (likely more) over the course of two weeks, which must be split into 3 hour sessions due to the poor health of the residents. We will rent a dumpster, but you must be able to carry full bags down one flight of steps to it.
