Job Duties
Assist Route Driver with residential waste/recycling collection
Load and empty containers manually or mechanically
Assist with truck backing and maneuvering
Report safety issues, incidents, or service problems
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Follow WM safety rules and procedures
Requirements
Must be 18+
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must pass drug screen, physical, and background check
Less than 1 year of experience preferred
PPE / Dress Code – Required
6-inch steel-toe boots
Safety vest
Gloves
Shorts or jeans with no rips or tears
Hat is optional
