To ensure a fast, straightforward transaction, I prioritize buyers who are ready to purchase and pick up the item immediately.
Same-Day / Fast-Track Buyers (No Extra Fees):
Instant Pickup: If you message me, get in your car, and purchase the item within 1 hour of your inquiry, there is no extra fee.
60-Minute Travel Hold: Once we agree on the sale, I can hold the item for up to 60 minutes while you are en route. Message me right before heading over to confirm availability.
Extended Inquiries & Time-Waster Policy (Fee Applies):
I do not offer unpaid back-and-forth messaging or phone calls.
If you require back-and-forth communication over multiple days or are not ready to pick up within 1 hour, a $35 non-refundable fee (payable via Venmo) is required upfront.
The $35 fee covers up to 6 total communications over a 3-day window. Inquiries without this payment will be ignored after the first hour.
Phone Number & Security Requirements:
Phone Number Required: You must include your phone number in your initial message. Messages without a phone number will receive no response.
Voice Calls Only: The phone number is strictly a security measure and used solely to confirm you are on your way within the hour. No texting.
Privacy: I will not save your number, and you are expected not to save mine. Phone calls are restricted strictly to coordinating immediate pickup—no long discussions or questions over the phone.
Operating Hours & Terms:
Available for inquiries, calls, and pickups between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Items will not be held without full payment or an active 60-minute travel hold.
