Historical & Legendary Coco Palms Resort opened in 1953. It played host to people from all over the world . Hollywood & International Royalty. One of it's most famous guest was Elvis who filmed "Blue Hawaii" there. Memorable nightly torch lighting ceremonies and exotic menus.
Unfortunately the doors to this magical resort closed in 1992 due to "Hurricane Iniki".
June 2016 was suppose to start the beginning of the old hotel to be torn down and the start of the new hotel that is being built?
It is 2026??
